Chemicals

NIR analysis for the chemical industry provides increased economic benefits, improved tests and analysis on raw material, in the laboratory and during the manufacturing process. NIR testing is completely non-destructive and requires no sample preparation. Samples are often measured through glass vials, shipment or laboratory containers or plastic bags. No hazardous waste is created because NIR analysis requires no solvent or reagents. NIR analysis can reduce the cost of routine testing by 50% to 95% depending on the application.

Direct Contact™ Analyzer

A fast and convenient NIR instrument for food analysis with minimum handling. The sample is placed directly on the scanning stage. Measures all common parameters as fat, moisture, protein, sugars etc. in products like candy, gels, chocolate crumbs, pastes.

 

Direct Light System™

The Rapid Content Analyzer is a true multipurpose analyzer and can be used to analyze powders, liquids, or finished dosage forms without requiring a change to the instrument. Analyze incoming raw material powders or liquids directly in vials, bottles, beakers, or sample bags for identification and qualification in seconds.
 

 

Dryer™ Analyzer

Dryer™ Analyzer provides quick and accurate in-situ analysis of moisture and common solvents in powder drying processes in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Non-destructive measurements are obtained directly in the dryer and require no additional sample handling or sample extraction devices.  

 

Fibertec™ Systems

Fibertec™ Systems enable semi-automated hydrolysis, extraction, digestion and separation systems for optimal crude, detergent and dietary fibre determinations, according to approved methods and standards in batches of six samples. A modular system, FiberCapTM, based on filtration and sample transfer procedures has low investment cost and is preferable to manual standard methods. Analyse up to six batches of 6 or 18 samples, in parallel, simultaneously giving 36 to 108 finished extractions in 90 to 120 minutes.
 

 

Interactance Probe Systems

Imersion probe systems are designed to be used in large diameter process streams or reactors where transmission measurements are not possible. Interactance Probe systems allow for real-time monitoring of process constituents.  

 

 

MicroBundle Multiplexer
